摘要
目的 实验观察三乙醇胺染毒大鼠脂质过氧化水平的改变。方法 32只实验大鼠分别经口染毒不同剂量的三乙醇胺 ( 2 50 ,50 0 ,750 mg· kg- 1) ,每周 1次 ,7周后断头取血测定血清脂质过氧化代谢产物 ( malondialdehyde,MDA)含量 ,超氧化歧化酶 ( superoxide dismutase,SOD)和全血谷胱甘肽氧化酶 ( glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)活性。结果 染毒大鼠血清 MDA含量明显升高 ,与对照组比较差异有高度显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血清 SOD和全血 GSH-PX活性明显降低 ,与对照组比较差异非常显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。
Objective To observe the changes of lipid peroxides in rat poisoned with triethanolamine.Method Thirty two rats were poisoned with different doses of triethanolamine(250,500,750mg·kg -1 )through mouth once a week.After seven weeks,the blood was obtained from the rat by losing their heads,to measure the contents of MDA in serum,and the activities of SOD in serum and GSH PX in whole blood.Result The contents of MDA in rats poisoned were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),the activities of SOD in serum and GSH PX in whole blood were decreased significantly.Conclusion Triethanolamine has capability for increasing the contents of lipid peroxides in rats.
