超声对浅表软组织肿物的诊断价值

The value of ultrasound in diagnosing of superficial soft tissue masses

目的 探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒超声对浅表软组织肿物的诊断价值。方法 对 1 5 1例浅表肿物应用高频探头二维超声和彩色多普勒超声进行检查和分析 ,全部病例均经手术及活检证实。结果 良性病变1 2 7例 ,恶性病变 2 4例。通过比较各种病变的形态表现 ,发现良性浅表肿物长轴往往与皮肤平行 ,许多病灶边界不清 ;而恶性肿物多呈圆形 ,边界清晰。结论 超声有助于确定肿物的大小、深度 ,鉴别肿物的囊实性 ,发现肿物内部及周围的血流信号 ,提高诊断水平。

Objective To evaluate the value of the high frequency probe and color Doppler imaging in the diagnosis of superficial masses.Methods One hundred and fifty one patients with superficial masses were analyzed by high frequency probe and color Doppler imaging.All of them were proved by operation,biopsy and pathology.Results Among them,127 cases were benign lesions and the rest of 24 cases belonged to malignant.The longitudinal axes of the benign lesions usually were parallel to the skin and the boundaries were hardly defined in many lesions,however,the malignant lesions generally were circular and their boundaries were dearly defined.Conclusions High frequency probe and color Doppler imaging are helpful in determining the masses size and location,differentiating cyst from solid and demonstrating the vasculture within or around the masses,and improving the diagnosis.
