脂肪细胞分化在运动改善胰岛素抵抗中的作用

摘要 胰岛素抵抗的传统意义是胰岛素敏感组织和细胞如肝、骨骼肌以及脂肪等受胰岛素介导的葡萄糖摄取和利用效能降低所导致的维持正常血糖能力下降的一种病理生理状态,即这些组织细胞对胰岛素的敏感性出现不同程度的下降。实际上,胰岛素抵抗的后果绝不仅仅是对糖代谢影响,它对脂代谢的影响同样重要。胰岛素抵抗对脂肪细胞的作用是导致血脂紊乱,是脂肪性肝病和动脉粥样硬化形成的重要原因。本文就脂肪细胞分化与胰岛素抵抗的关系及运动改善胰岛素抵抗的分子机制做一综述,重点阐述运动与脂肪细胞分化方面的研究进展。
