摘要 对比剂肾病(contrast media induced nephropocthy,CIN)已成为住院患者急性肾损伤第三大常见病因;其发病机制十分复杂,且缺乏敏感的早期检测手段及有效的治疗措施。2011年欧洲泌尿放射学会(European Society of Urogenital Radiology,EsuR)对CIN定义为排除其他肾脏损害因素情况下,
