对比剂肾病早期诊断的生物学标志物研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 对比剂肾病（contrast media induced nephropocthy，CIN）已成为住院患者急性肾损伤第三大常见病因；其发病机制十分复杂，且缺乏敏感的早期检测手段及有效的治疗措施。2011年欧洲泌尿放射学会（European Society of Urogenital Radiology，EsuR）对CIN定义为排除其他肾脏损害因素情况下，
