围手术期中医药干预与加速康复外科理念在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的应用

Perioperative Intervention of TCM and Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery During Transurethral Electrovaporization of the Prostate Applications

目的:应用加速康复外科理念并结合围手术期的中医药干预的措施,观察在前列腺汽化电切手术患者临床应用的安全性及优势。方法:250例前列腺汽化切除患者随机分成两组:采用围手术期中医药干预与加速康复外科综合治疗(研究组)125例,传统经尿道前列腺汽化手术方法治疗(传统组)125例。分析比较两组患者术后首次排气、排便时间,术后进食、下床活动时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组与传统组比较,可更好地促进患者恢复,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,减少患者因医源性操作引起的不适及手术相关并发症的发生。结论:在加速康复外科这一理念的指导下,针对围手术期处理中术前、术中和术后的关键问题,进一步充分发挥中医药的特色和优势,对围手术期术前、术中、术后患者采取一系列综合有效的措施,可以促进患者术后的康复。围手术期中医药干预与加速康复外科治疗措施在经尿道前列腺气化电切术患者中应用是安全、经济、有效和可靠的围手术期处理方案。

Objective：Application of fast track surgery combined with peri operation period of traditional chinese medicine intervention measures, observation of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate operation in patients with clinical safety and advantage.Methods：250 Cases of vaporization resection of the prostate patients were randomly divided into two groups ： the pcri operation period of the intervention of traditional chinese medicine and accelerated rehabilitation comprehensive surgical treatment in 125 cases （study group）,traditional transurcthral vaporization ofprostate operation method in the treatment of 125 cases （traditional group）.Analysis and comparison the first exhaust time, first defecation time, postoperative feeding time, time of ambulation, postoperative complications of the two groups of patients.Results：The study group and the traditional group comparison,could better promote the recovery of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of hospitalization,reduce the iatrogenic manipulations caused discomfort and complications related to oporation.Conclusion：In accelerated rehabilitation surgery under the guidance of this idea, according to the operation period processing in the prcoperative,intraoperative and postoperative problems,and further give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional chinese medicine,on peri operation period of preoperative, series of comprehensive effective measures,can promote the patients after intervention of TCM and accelerated rehabilitation treatment in transurethral vaporization of prostate patients application is safe, economic, effective and reliable in operation period processing scheme.
