摘要
对外高桥发电厂使用的几种混凝剂 T、X、CF性能、凝聚效果进行了全面的测试比较 ,并对提高凝聚效果的途径进行了讨论。通过实验室及工业性试验取得了大量有益的数据 ,混凝剂 T的加药量可以从目前运行所控制的 1 2 0~ 2 0 0 mg/ L降至 6 5~ 1 2 0 mg/ L ;混凝剂 CF的加药量维持在 30~ 6 0 mg/ L左右即可获得满意的出水品质。为澄清池安全经济运行提供了依据。
A complete comparison test for the performonce and coagulation effect of various coagulants used in Weigaoqiao Power Plant has been carried out and the emhancement of coagulating effect for the coagulants has been discussed.Through laboratory and industrial tests,the dosage of coagulant T (poly AlCl\-3)can be reduced to 65~120 mg/L in compare with existing dosage of 120~200 mg/L and a low dosage of 30~60 mg/L for CF(a compexed poly AlCl\-3)will give satisfory result in clarified water quality.These test data will provide a basis for safe and economic operation of clarifier
