壮族的饮酒文化历史悠久,内涵深厚,既是壮族饮食文化中的重要组成部分之一,也是壮族礼仪中的一个重要组成部分。壮族的饮酒文化不仅丰富多彩,且有较深厚的民族文化内涵。壮族男子大都嗜好饮酒,体现了真诚、热情、豪爽和强悍的性格,以酒会友还可以增进人们之间的思想感情。酒是壮族结婚嫁娶、庆贺生儿育女、孝敬老人、节日娱乐仪式中的首选礼品,也是壮族表达意愿或传达信息的符号。

With a long history and profound cultural intension, the Zhuang ethnic group has a rich and colorful drinking culture, which is an important part of the Zhuang ethnic catering culture as well as their etiquette. The Zhuang ethnic males＂ addiction to drinking reflects their sincerity, enthusiasm, expansiveness and powerfulness. Meanwhile, drinking- based friendship helps people to communicate their ideas and feelings. Wine, as the first choice for gifts for the Zhuang ethnic people in their marriage, celebrating birth of babies, honoring the elderly and festival rites, is the symbol for conveying information and expressing wishes of good fortune.
