摘要
校企"双主体"育人是职业院校人才培养的重要途径,其中职业院校和企业作为育人的两个主体,是处于平等地位的两个实体。在当前形势下,政策引导、利益驱动、本质使然、发展需求等条件的引导下,根据校企"双主体"育人的目标性、灵活性、规范性和终身性的特点,在高职《营销与策划》专业中的人才培养模式、目标、课程开发、人才评价等方面,实施校企"双主体"育人的实践探索,在办学体制机制、教学设计等方面取得了一系列的成效。
Colleges and enterprises, two entities of equal status, represent two subjectivities of cultivating talents. College-enterprise "double subjectivities" talent cultivation is a key approach for developing talents in vocational colleges. Under the guidance of policy, benefit drive and development needs, and in light of the features of "double subjectivities" of talent cultivation, which are objective, flexibility, standardability and life long education, research and practice of college-enterprise "double subjectivities" talent cultivation is implemented in Marketing and Planning Program in vocational colleges in terms of talent training modes, objective, curriculum development, talents assessment, etc. As a result, a series of achievements have been made in school-running system, teaching designs and so on.
