摘要
对双阳梅花鹿初角茸的常规成分和部分矿物质元素进行分析,以便为梅花鹿初角茸的应用提供参考,为制定梅花鹿茸指标性成分标准做基础性探讨,结果表明:梅花鹿初角茸中含有水分6.87%,粗蛋白54.88%,粗脂肪2.46%,粗灰分37.07%;水浸出物10.81%,醇浸出物2.29%,醚浸出物1.36%;常量元素Ca、P、Na、K、Mg、Mn的含量分别为195.340,71.700,7.066,2.476,3.443,5.810 mg/g,微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu的含量分别为176.63,66.93,8.61μg/g。
Inorganic elements and nutritional components in pilose antler of Shuangyang Sika Deer( Cervus nippon) were determined. The results indicated that nutritional components content in pilose antler was as follows: moisture content was 6.87%, CP 54.88%, CF 2.46%, Ash 37.07%, Water extract 10.81%, Alcohol extract 2.29%, Ether extract 1.36%. The constant element contents of Ca, P, Na, K, Mg, Mn were 195.340 mg/g,71.700 mg/g,7.066 mg/g, 2.476 mg/g, 3.443 mg/g,5.810 mg/g respectively. And the trace element contents of Fe, Zn, Cu were 176.63 μg/g, 66.93μg/g, 8.61 μg/g. The results could provide the references for the application of Sika Deer in order to set the standards of the active composition in antler of Sika Deer.
