紫外分光光度法测定黄蜀葵花总黄酮片中总黄酮的含量

Determination of total flavones in Abelmoschus L.Medic tablets by UV

目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定黄蜀葵花总黄酮片中总黄酮的含量。方法:样品加AlCl3溶液显色后,以金丝桃苷为对照品,在405nm处测定其吸光度。结果:线性回归方程为:Y=0.0137X-0.0184,相关系数r=0.9994,黄蜀葵花总黄酮在8.2032～41.0160μg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为97.24%,RSD为1.23%。结论:该方法准确可靠,稳定性、重现性好,适用于黄蜀葵花总黄酮片的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a UV method for determinating the content of total flavonesin in Abelmosehus L.Medie tablets. Methods：We determinated the content of Hyperine after colour reaction of AlCl3 and the samples. The detection wavelength was 405nm.Results： The linear regression equation was Y=0.0137X-0.0184 （r=0.9994）.The linear range of deteiTnination by UV was 8.2032-41.0160μg· ml^-1.The average recoveries was 99.81%,RSD was 1.63%.Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of the total flavonesin in Abelmosehus L.Medie tablets.
