摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定黄蜀葵花总黄酮片中总黄酮的含量。方法:样品加AlCl3溶液显色后,以金丝桃苷为对照品,在405nm处测定其吸光度。结果:线性回归方程为:Y=0.0137X-0.0184,相关系数r=0.9994,黄蜀葵花总黄酮在8.2032~41.0160μg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为97.24%,RSD为1.23%。结论:该方法准确可靠,稳定性、重现性好,适用于黄蜀葵花总黄酮片的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a UV method for determinating the content of total flavonesin in Abelmosehus L.Medie tablets. Methods:We determinated the content of Hyperine after colour reaction of AlCl3 and the samples. The detection wavelength was 405nm.Results: The linear regression equation was Y=0.0137X-0.0184 (r=0.9994).The linear range of deteiTnination by UV was 8.2032-41.0160μg· ml^-1.The average recoveries was 99.81%,RSD was 1.63%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of the total flavonesin in Abelmosehus L.Medie tablets.
