2009～2011年我院住院患者麻醉药品、一类精神药品使用情况分析

Analysis on the utilization of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic SubstancesⅠin in-patients from Jiangdu traditional Chinese hospital during 2009～2011

目的:了解2009～2011年我院住院药房麻醉药品、一类精神药品应用情况,为临床合理应用麻醉药品、一类精神药品提供参考,促进合理用药。方法:利用我院麻醉药品、一类精神药品账册提取数据,采用限定日剂量DDD分析方法对2009～2011年麻醉药品、一类精神药品的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院住院药房在2009～2011年间共消耗麻醉药品11种、一类精神药品3种,除芬太尼注射剂外,其余药品的药物利用指数(DUI)均小于1。结论:我院麻醉药品、一类精神药品的使用基本合理。

Objective：To understand the situation of the utilization of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances I in in-patients in Jiangdu traditional Chinese hospital for facilitating the reasonable and safety drug use in clinical practice. Methods： Analysis the clinic use of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances I by the defined daily dose（DDD）method in inpatient dispensary during 2009~2011 from the account of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances I Utilization in our hospital.Results： Eleven Narcotic Drugs and 3 Psychotropic Substances I were used in inpatient dispensary during 2009~2011, and the drug utilization index（DUI）was less than one among these drugs except Fentanyl injection.Conclusions： The utilization of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances I is reasonable in our hospital.
