石蜡油在新生儿会阴护理的应用体会

Paraffin oil in neonatal perineum nursing experience of application

目的:探讨石蜡油在新生儿会阴护理的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析158例新生儿会阴护理中使用石蜡油的临床资料。结果:新生儿会阴部胎脂及污物完全清洗干净,无局部皮肤破损、红肿。结论:石蜡油在新生儿会阴护理中能够完全清洗胎脂及污物,无副作用,不被皮肤吸收,不损伤皮肤及黏膜,是一种良好的护理洗涤用品。

Objective：To investigate the paraffin oil in neonatal perineal care clinical application. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 158 eases of neonatal perineal care to clinical data of paraffin oil. Results：Outcome of neonatal genital fetal grease and dirt completely clean, no local damaged skin, redness and swelling. Conclusion： The paraffin oil in neonatal perineal care can completely clean the fetal fat and dirt, no side effect, not to be absorbed by skin, does not damage the skin and mucous membranes, is a kind of good care washing supplies.
