校办产业科学规范发展中存在的问题及对策探析

概述了河北农业大学校办产业的历史,介绍了其发展现状,提出了目前发展中所面临的角色定位不准确,产权关系不明晰,运行体制不规范,发展资金不足,管理人才缺乏,体制不健全,科研项目产业化程度不足,管理运行机制不完善等问题,提出了建立现代企业制度、理顺产权关系、拓宽融资渠道、创建支柱产业、加强规范化建设、重视人才引进和培养等发展规划。

The article summarizes the history of school-run industry of Agriculture University of Hebei,introducing its development status and the issues existing in its development,including inaccurate role positioning,indefinite property relationship,substandard operation system,lack of development funds and management talents,imperfect system,low-level industrialization of scientific research project,and imperfect management and operation mechanism,etc.And this article also puts forward a development project of establishing a modern enterprise system,straightening out the property relationship,widening the financing channels,creating pillar industries,strengthen the standardization construction,and attaching importance to the introduction and cultivation of talents,etc.
