在主要介绍河北农业大学国土资源学院的成立及概况和自2010年4月建院以来开展工作的具体情况的基础上,就以下方面加以阐述:整合教学资源,培养适合从事国土资源管理方面的高级工程技术人才;整合学科资源,完善学院管理机制;积极开展学术讲座与交流,拓展科学研究的思路。在立足现有教师队伍,深入教育教学改革,改善教学条件,发挥学院优势的基础上,制定学院未来发展的规划,不断扩大学院的社会影响力,在新教育体制改革的浪潮中,扬帆远航。

The paper mainly introduces the establishment and general situation of College of Land and Resources in Agricultural University of Hebei, founded in April 2010. On the basis of its specific circumstances of work, the teaching resources are integrated to cultivate senior engineers and technicians in land resources management, the subject resources are reconstructed to perfect college management mechanism, and active academic lectures and intercommunion expand the i- dea of scientific research. Based on the existing status of teaching staff, the reform of education and teaching is deepened by improving teaching conditions and the advantage of the College is used to make its future development planning, and enlarge its social influence, thus, realizing its further development in the reform of the management system of education.
