摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校教学的有机组成部分,是高职生就业的重要过渡期和准备期,对提高高职人才培养质量至关重要。河北农业大学职业技术学院为了提高高职学生职业技能素质以及就业率和就业质量,经过4年多改革实践,探索出设岗——调整课程结构,增设顶岗实习环节;找岗——多渠道、高标准进行基地建设,拓展顶岗实习岗位;定岗——精心组织科学安排,落实好顶岗实习岗位;驻岗——严格顶岗实习的教育与管理;总结表彰——顶岗实习考评与奖励等5个环节的顶岗实习模式,有效地提高了学生的职业技能,扎实推进了学生的就业创业。
Post practice as an integral part of teaching in vocational college and also the important transition and preparation period for vocational college students employment, is critical to the quality of higher vocational personnel training. Based on more than four years practice, this paper summarizes up a mode of setting, looking for, determining, stationing post, and commendation of vocational post practice, which effectively improves the quality of students" skills, and pro- motes the student's employment and entrepreneurship.
