根据目前高校基层党组织在队伍建设、组织形式和活动内容、党员连续性教育、程序化培养等方面存在的问题,阐述了高校基层党组织活动方式和途径的创新内容,强调要坚持制度,增强基层党组织活动的丰富性和实效性。

The construction of base level Party organizations is the foundation of all the work and fighting capacity of the Party.It is the battle fortress in the implementation of the Party＇s line,principle,policy,and all kinds of tasks.Based on the problems existing in the construction of basic level party organizations of colleges,especially in team building,forms of organizations,contents of activities,continuing education of Party members,and procedural cultivation,this paper indicates how to innovate the ways and contents in organizing Party activities,and simultaneously,proposes the adherence to institutions,and the improvement of the content diversity and the effectiveness of activities in the base level Party organizations.
