CDIO模式是中国工程教育所遵循的模式,需要不断的探索和实践。文章在分析研究工程教育的内涵,国际创新型工程教育CDIO模式的基础上,针对河北农业大学和长城汽车股份有限公司的校企合作模式进行深入探讨。在学校定位、课程设置、教学理念、学生实习、实践以及企业运作等方面,总结了学校在校企合作的改革与实践中取得一些成功的经验,供同行借鉴。

CDIO of international innovative engineering education is the model that we should follow. It requires constant exploration and practice. The connotation of engineering education is discussed. The school--enterprise cooperation model for Agricultural University of Hebei and Great Wall Motor Company Limited is discussed deeply. The successful experiences are to be summarized for the school in engineering education such as school orientation, curriculum, teach- ing philosophy, student practice and operation of enterprises, especially in the reform and prac- tice of school--enterprise cooperation.
