摘要
结合河北农业大学的实际情况,文章论述了金工实习与培养学生创新能力之间的关系,指出完善的金工实习有利于提高学生的个人动手能力和创新能力。在金工实习中引入合理的教学方法,通过橱窗展示和优化教学实习全过程,要求学生自己拟定零件加工工艺,并在指导教师带领下亲自到一些著名企业参观、实习。不仅极大的带动了学生对金工实习的兴趣,而且最大程度的挖掘学生的创新潜能,必然会激发学生参与金工实习的热情,使金工实习达到一个新的水平。
This paper discusses the relationship between metalworking practice and creative ability of university students according to the instance of Agricultural University of Hebei, and indicates that perfect metalworking practice will improve the personal practice and creative ability of students. A reasonable teaching method of windows display was introduced into the metalwork- ing practice, through which students were required to made parts machining process of their own, by showing the students around some famous enterprises for teaching practice there. The result revealed that this teaching practice mode will not only greatly promote student interests in the metalworking practice, but also exploit their innovative potential to the greatest degree. There- fore, the students" passion of attending metalworking practice must be inspired, and the effect of metalworking practice must be improved.
