Current Therapy Status of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

胃肠道间质瘤是一类起源于胃肠道间叶组织的肿瘤。目前治疗方法主要包括手术治疗和药物治疗。在药物治疗中,伊马替尼治疗不可切除/转移/复发GIST疗效显著,使得伊马替尼辅助治疗的应用日益受到重视。

Gastrointestinal stromaI tumor （GIST） is a tumor originated in the gastrointestinal tract mesenchymal tissue. Current treatment includes surgery and drug therapy. In drug treatment, imatinib has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of unresectable and/or transfer/recurrence of GIST, so imatibib has received more attention for neoadjuvant therapy applications.
