通过对漳泽电力股份有限公司 # 3炉再热调节段出口联箱封头的频繁开裂原因分析 ,提出了封头与筒体母材的焊接坡口结构不合理及封头下部疏水管长期堵塞而造成的热疲劳是造成封头开裂的主要原因 。

Fracture in end cover of outlet header of regulating reheater of boiler in Zhangze Power Corporation occurred frequently. Through investigation, the improper configuration of grooves at both header body and end cover and longtime blockage of the drain pipes under the end cover are found to be the main causes of this problem. By improving the drain piping and the welding groove at the end cover, the problem that affects power generation is solved.
