摘要
在考虑炽热炉底的辐射加热和导热加热的基础上 ,建立了环形炉内管坯二维加热模型。计算结果表明 ,管坯表面热流密度沿周向分布的不均匀性造成了管坯温度沿周向分布不均。
The two dimensional heating model of tube billets in annular furnace is established based on the radiation and conduction by hot furnace bottom.The results show that the distributions of the surface heat flow density and temperature around tube billets are relative.The conduction and radiation heat transfers to the lower surface of tube billet by hot furnace bottem are very important for heating.
