秋季去叶对杂交狼尾草新品系1号生长发育及种茎成活率的影响 被引量:3

Impacts of Removing Leaves on Growth and Development and Seed Stem Survival Rate of the New Strain No.1 of Hybrid Pennisetum in Autumn

摘要 选用杂交狼尾草新品系1号为试验材料,研究秋季去叶(去上层叶、去下层叶、相间去叶、全去叶)对其后续生长及种茎成活率的影响。结果表明:秋季去叶处理后绝对株高均有增长,植株直立性均好于对照,倒伏率由大到小表现为:对照>去下层叶>全去叶>相间去叶>去上层叶;去叶处理后同化物质生产量与对照相比均有不同程度降低,但去叶使光合产物分配至再生分蘖中的比值分别高出对照5.1%、6.8%、6.5%和12.6%;不同处理的茎、叶可溶性糖含量除去下层叶外均低于对照,但只有去上层叶、全去叶与对照存在显著性差异。种茎经过3个月坑埋贮藏,全去叶处理种茎褐变率高达83%,其他处理均低于对照2%,翌年种植后种茎成活率最高的为相间去叶处理,高出对照7%,去下层叶、去上层叶种茎成活率分别较对照低2%、11%。 The impacts of removing leaves on growth and seed stem survival rate of the new strain No.1 of hybrid pennisetum in autumn were studied.Four ways of removing leaves were used in the experiment including removing all leaves in upper half of the plant except flag leaf(T1),removing the leaves in lower part of the plant(T2),removing the leaves alternately from the second leaf on top to bottom of the plant(T3),removing all leaves of the plant except flag leaf(T4).The results showed that absolute height of the plant increased after removing leaves,and the erectness of the leaf removal plants was better than that of CK.Lodging rate of plants was gauged as follows:CKT2T4T3T1.The biomass of defoliation plants were lower than that of CK.However,the ratio of biomass in those new tillers was increased by 5.1%,6.8%,6.5% and 12.6% compared with CK respectively.Soluble sugar content in leaves and stems of the other three treatments were lower than that of CK except T2,and only T1 and T4 had significant difference with CK.After buried in the soil for three months the browning rate of T4 reached 83%,and that of the other three treatments was lower by 2% than CK.Survival rate of seed stem of T3 was higher by 7% than CK,and seed stem survival rate of T2 and T1 decreased by 2% and 11% respectively than CK.
