Hydraulic Test for Pipeline in The Water Supply Project of YiYang GuoJing Silicon Industry

依据国标强制性条款相关规定及益阳国晶硅业供水工程给水压力管网的特点,编制了水压试验的具体方案,试验结果及数据分析表明试验段管道严密性合格,该试验方法简单有效,能够充分评估DN800mm离心球墨铸铁管及其承插口的功能性,可以为同类压力管网的检测评估工作提供有益借鉴。

According to the related mandatory provisions of national standard and the characteristics of pipeline network in the water supply project of YiYang GuoJing silicon industry,a concrete program was proposed.The results and data analysis showed that the tightness of the pipeline for test was qualified.And the program for hydraulic test was simple and effective to evaluate the functionality of DN800mm centrifugal ductile iron pipe and it＇s bearing socket,which can provide useful references for detection and evaluation work for similar pipeline network under pressure.
