建设工程项目参建者众多、工艺复杂、专业协调性强,是一个复杂的系统。土建与安装工程是其专业组成的两大部分,其配合与协调管理关系着质量、工期等管理目标的实现。针对土建与安装协调的重要性,本文探讨其协调配合模式,以探索更有效的项目协调管理模机制并指导工程实践。

Construction project is a complex,with numerous,complex technology,professional coordination.Civil engineering and installation is composed of two major professional.The cooperation and coordination management have much relationship with management target of quality,time limit,and so on.This paper discusses the coordination mechanism,to explore more effective project management model to guide engineering practice,In view of the importance of the coordination between civil work and installation.
