摘要
详细介绍了PEMFC铂基电催化剂五种制备方法 (浸渍法、离子交换法、Bo¨nnemann法、插层化合物合成法及胶体法 )的原理、制备过程以及反应条件对催化剂中Pt颗粒粒径和催化性能的影响。指出浸渍法和离子交换法制备过程简单 ,工艺条件易于控制 ;而Bo¨nnemann法及插层化合物合成法反应条件较为苛刻 ,制备过程复杂 ,适合于小规模的实验室研究。
The principle and preparation process of five methods, including impregnation-reduction, ion-exchange, B[KG-7] o[DD(-19]¨nnemann, inclusion compound synthetic method and collodal method were introduced as well as the effect of reaction condition on Pt particle size and catalytic characterization of the Pt/C electrocatalysts for PEMFC. We think that the preparation processes of impregnation-reduction method and ion-excharge method are simple and their technological conditions can be controlled easily. However, the reaction conditions of B[KG-7] o[DD(-19]¨nnemann and inclusion compound synthetic method are very harshly and their processes are complicated, thus the method is only fit for experiment research in small scale.
