摘要
SPWM变换器中的死区设置使变换器输出电压谐波含量增加、电压利用率和可靠性降低。本文通过对桥式SPWM变换器换流机理的分析 ,指出现有的死区设置方法的不足之处 ,提出一种可以应用于SPWM变换器的无死区控制策略 ,并归纳了可以实现无死区控制的变换器的条件。在三相高功率因数PWM整流器样机上的实验结果证明了控制策略的可行性。
The dead time control in SPWM converter increases the harmonic component in voltage output and decreases the voltage utilization and reliability of converters.Based on the operation principle of SPWM converter,a strategy of non dead time control is developed and its operational criterions are presented.The feasibility of the strategy of non dead time was confirmed by experiments of the three phase SPWM rectifier.
