摘要
介绍了用IGBT实现单脉冲雷达调制器电路的方法 ;对IGBT驱动模块M 57962L进行了分析 ,通过对该调制器电路波形的测试及分析 。
This article introduces the way that modulator circuit of the single pulse radar was realized by IGBT.IC M57962L performance is studied,and analysis the wave of the modulator prove it is feasible that under state of narrow pulse the IGBT apply to control switch of the pulse modulator.
