摘要
对电力电子装置中常用的强制风冷散热方式进行了研究 ,通过深入分析对流换热过程和对多种根据散热系统进行的对比实验 ,确定了影响散热效果的因素 ,并通过对实验结果的分析总结出了风道设计的指导原则。实验证明 ,通过合理的风道设计 ,可以在散热器和风机参数一定的条件下 。
The authors reseache on the heatsinking mode of the power electronic equipment with forced cooling.Base on the detail analysis of the tropospheric heat exchanging and according to comparative experiment of heat sinker designed for the practical application,the factors influencing on the cooling effeciencies are determined.Experiment proves the cooling effectiveness can be enhanced through reasonable design under the known specifications of the heat sinker and blast fan.
