3.0T核磁共振成像在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病诊断中应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的对3.0T核磁共振成像(MRI)在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病诊断中的应用进行研究分析。方法对30例经临床诊断为缺血缺氧性脑病的新生儿进行3.0T核磁共振成像检查,包括常规序列及功能成像DWI(弥散序列)和SWI(磁敏感序列)并对检查结果进行研究分析。结果 30例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿中,MRI出现阳性28例,总检出率为93.3%。依据核磁共振成像的影像特点将30例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病脑损伤分为单纯性脑水肿:6/30;广泛脑水肿伴基底节损伤7/30,局灶脑水肿伴基底节损伤12/30,脑室周围白质改变4/30,脑出血及蛛网膜下腔出血12/30。其中出现脑水肿25例患儿中,常规序列和DWI序列检出分别为16例和24例;出现脑出血12例患者中,常规序列和SWI序列检出分别为5例和12例。结论核磁共振成像对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的脑损伤诊断十分敏感,并且核磁共振成像功能成像能提高常规序列的阳性检出率,有助于对治疗进行指导以及评估预后。
