摘要
目前我国渔业已进入了一个新的发展阶段。面对新的发展阶段 ,需要进一步调整优化渔业产业结构 ,提高产业素质 ,促进产业升级 ,加大渔业资源和生态环境的保护力度 ,转变政府职能 ,加强行业管理 ,以保障渔业持续稳定健康发展。
Up to now, Chinese fisheries has developed into a new stage.In view of this, the fisheries industrial structure needs adjusting; the industry quality needs raising; the conservation and protection of fishery resources and ecological environment shoud be strengthened; the government founction should be changed and the industry management should be emphasized, so that the fisheries sustainable development can be kept steadily and correctly.
