Design and construction general contracting construction mode is now widely accepted by the community, but not for the civil building especially hospital building projects. Through the analysis of the pre-consultation on hospital construction projects, the article explore a prerequisite and implementation for the design and construction general contracting construction mode in the hospital buildings.
