摘要 采用超声辐照技术,以羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸为主要原料,合成了纤维素基高吸水树脂并对其合成工艺及性能进行了研究.主要考察了超声功率、反应温度、丙烯酸中和度、交联剂用量、溶剂用量等因素对产品吸水能力的影响.运用正交分析法,采用正交表L16(45)分析了各因素对吸水树脂性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,在此基础上合成的产品,其吸水倍率为925g/g,吸盐水倍率为95g/g,并有很好的持续保水能力和较快的吸水速率.红外及扫描电镜测试结果表明,丙烯酸成功接枝在羧甲基纤维素的主链上,且该吸水树脂具有疏松多孔的三维网状结构. A cellulose-based superabsorbent resin was synthesized from carboxymethyl cellulose and acrylic acid by ultrasound irradiation.The synthesis technology and the properties of superabsorbent resin were both studied.The effects of the ultrasound power,the water bath temperature,the neutralization degree of acrylic acid,the crosslinker and solvent content on the water absorption capacity of the superabsorbent resin were all investigated.The optimized synthesis condition was determined by the L16(45) table.The water absorbency and saline solution absorbency of the superabsorbent resin were 925 g/g and 95 g/g,respectively.The superabsorbent resin also exhibited good water retaining capacity and water absorption rate.The IR and SEM analyses indicated that the acrylic acid was successfully grafted onto the backbone of cellulose and the superabsorbent resin possessed porously three-dimensional structure.
