包虫病专科护士规范化培训的实践

Standardized Training for Specialized Nurse of Echinococcosis

目的通过对包虫病专科护士的培训,培养高素质的包虫病专科护理人才。方法根据临床护士对包虫病理论知识及护理实践的缺失情况,制定具体的包虫病专科培训方法,对56名包虫病专科护士采取集中专科理论知识培训,灵活多样的临床实践带教模式进行规范化培训。结果56名专科护士培训后理论及实践技能考核均明显优于培训前(P<0.01),且80%以上对规范化培训给予了肯定评价。结论包虫病专科护士的培训对护士综合素质的提高和规范包虫病专科护士培训基地的建设都起到了很好的促进作用。

Objective To explore a training mode for specialized nurse of echinococcosis. Methods Because of insufficient echinocoecosis knowledge of clinical nurses, a specific training mode for specialized nurse of echinococcosis was established including specific training methods of echinococcosis, specialized theoretical knowledge training, flexible clinical practice and teaching mode. Results Nurses performed better in theoretic and skill test after the training （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The eehinococcosis training for specialized nurse benefits the improvement of comprehensive quality of nurses and plays a positive role in standardizing the establishment of training base of echinoeoccosis.
