在分析医疗纠纷中证据的举证重点的基础上,结合案例讨论视听资料证据在工作态度、病历、告知义务等瑕疵证明中的应用和应对。提升服务态度和质量,提高法律意识,采用有效的技术和严格制度规范地制作视听资料。建立良好的视听资料证据采集制度等措施有利于维护医患双方的合法权益和规范医护人员的行为,最终有利于医疗纠纷的解决。

Through the analysis of key evidence in medical dispute, this paper explored the application and the response of audiovisual material evidence in defective evidence such as work attitude, medical record and inform duty. Effective audio-visual material evidences are beneficial to protecting the legal benefits of both medical staff and patients and standardizing the medical actions that promote the service and legal consciousness then it eventually contributes to resolving medical dispute.
