摘要
从数字化测绘向信息化测绘体系转变,不仅是技术手段的进步,更体现在测绘地理信息部门业务体系和服务模式的转变。本文针对目前逐渐成熟的信息化测绘技术,探讨了在构建新的业务体系和形成新的服务模式方面需要关注的几个重点问题。
The transformation of surveying and mapping system from digitization to informationization is not only the advance on technologies,but also relates closely to the change of business system and service modes.We discuss several key points need to be concerned on constructing new business system and service mode based on the developing technologies of surveying and mapping.
