摘要 充分考虑我国起重机械结构设计、制造、使用、检验的国情,采用能度可靠性理论,对桥式起重机械金属结构的可靠性安全评估开展了深入系统的研究,并以自主研发的计算软件为载体,为起重机结构系统可靠性研究提供一套相对完整有效实用的理论体系,采用该理论能够对起重机进行安全评价,在保证设备安全运行的前提下,最大限度地发挥起重机的经济效益和社会效益。 Fully considering the situations of structural design,manufacturing,utilization and inspection of domestic cranes,the reliability safety evaluation for metal structure of overhead travelling crane is deeply researched adopting the possibilistic reliability theory.Based on the self-developed software,a relatively complete and effective theory system is provided for reliability research of crane structure system and safety evaluation for cranes is performed by such theory in order to maximize the economic and social benefits under the premise of ensuring safety operation of equipment.
