摘要
臂式斗轮堆取料机俯仰装置通常采用液压缸驱动悬臂的俯仰运动,使得悬臂、悬臂带式输送机、配重平衡系统及斗轮在俯仰运动过程中能平稳升降。臂式斗轮堆取料机俯仰液压系统通常有多种设计,本文对常见的一些液压系统的设计原理进行了简要的分析,以便于臂式斗轮堆取料机俯仰驱动液压系统的设计、维护与使用工作。
The luffing device of boom bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer is usually driven by hydraulic cylinder for luffing movement,so that the boom,belt conveyor,counterweight balance system and the bucket-wheel are able to be stably up and down during the luffing movement.Such luffing hydraulic system is often designed in several types,and some common design principles of the hydraulic system are briefly analyzed in the paper,which is helpful to the design,maintenance and use of the luffing hydraulic system for boom bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer.
