基于DSP的电子束焊接高压逆变电源控制系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 研制了一套基于TMS320LF2407A型DSP的数字化电子束焊接逆变电源控制系统。使用DSP的通用定时器和比较寄存器产生占空比与死区时间可调的、频率为20 kHz的PWM脉冲。设计IGBT保护电路使其免受过电压、欠电压和过电流的影响。采用光纤对束流、高压信号进行采样。DSP采用位置型PID控制算法实现电源的恒压特性;给出了控制系统的软件流程框图。实验表明该控制系统所控制的电源在空载时输出设定电压。 A digital control system of power supply for EB welder is developed, which adopts DSP TMS320LF2407 as the core.The DSP general-purpose timer and its corresponding registers are used to produce programming PWM pulses,which frequency is up to 20 kHz. The turn on time and dead time of PWM pulses can be regulated. The protection circuits are designed to protect IGBT from overvohage, undervoltage and overcurrent. The optieal fiber sampling circuits are used to sample the bias and high voltage.Constant voltage characteristic of the power souce is achieved by using the position PID control algorithm.The system software flow chart is given in this paper. Experiments show that the power supply, which controlled by the digital control system, can reliably output the setting voltage at no load.
