基于Visual Basic 6.0的焊缝曲线离散软件设计

Software design of discrete welding curve based on Visual Basic 6.0

针对磁扫描电子束焊接方法中,手工计算焊缝曲线离散点坐标效率低、计算结果不准确等问题,利用Visual Basic 6.0开发了焊缝曲线离散软件,实现了焊缝曲线的快速离散,快速绘制焊缝曲线离散图,并能实现txt文本输出离散点坐标值。研究结果和应用分析表明,基于Visual Basic 6.0所设计的焊缝曲线离散软件界面友好、计算结果准确,软件达到工程使用要求,所采用的方法和技术对开发其他焊接专用软件具有一定的参考价值。

Aiming at some problems in magnetic scanning electron beam welding method, such as, the low efficiency of manual calculation welding curve discrete points coordinate values and inaccuracy of manual calculation results. Visual Basic 6.0 was used to develop the discrete welding curve software, which have already realized the rapid discrete of welding curve and quick drawing of discrete points as well as using the TXT to output discrete points coordinate values. The results and applied analysis indicate that the designed discrete welding curve software has friendly interface and accurate calculation results. The software meets the engineering requirements while the used methods and techniques have certain reference value for the development of other welding special software.
