摘要 基于ANSYS有限元分析软件和钨极氩弧焊接热源的特点,结合热弹塑性理论,建立了Monel-400合金板焊接有限元模型和高斯旋转体热源模型,并模拟计算Monel-400合金板焊接温度场及残余应力场。在此基础上,制定了焊后热处理方案,并对其进行了焊后热处理模拟计算,得到了焊后热处理后的残余应力场分布,对焊态下的残余应力场和热处理后的残余应力场进行了分析和讨论。模拟结果表明,残余应力场分布与实际焊接基本吻合;焊后热处理有限元分析可以很好的对退火过程进行模拟计算,且去应力效果显著,残余应力减小幅度最大为83%。 Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS and the characteristics of tungsten arc welding heat source and thermal elastic-plastic theory,established the Monel-400 alloy plates welding finite element model and Gauss body heat source model, welding temperature fields and residual stress fields were simulated.Mterwards, Post-weld heat treatment program was drawn up,and the corresponding temperature fields and residual stress fields were simulated.We got residual stress distribution of post-weld heat treatment, and analyzed and discussed residual stress field of welded and post-weld heat treatment respectively.So the results can be obtained as the following conclusions: Residual stress distributions are consistent with the actual welding.Post-weld heat treatment has heen successfully simulated,and the maximum range of the reduced residual stress is 83%.
