摘要
可靠性优化分配是航空电子系统可靠性设计中必须解决的问题,需要协调各组成部分的可靠度及其它设计因素。针对计算机辅助设计软件BlockSim,深入剖析其在最小费用下达到目标可靠性的优化分配算法以及根据重要度进行可靠性优化的方法。以某机载电子系统为例,分别给出通过提高电子元件可靠性和元件冗余两个方面进行可靠性优化分配的计算结果,对研究系统可靠性优化分配具有一定的参考价值。
Optimum reliability allocation must be solved during avionics design.It is a way to distribute system reliability to the components to achieve the optimum target through balancing the relationship between the reliability and some other source.A reliability optimization method used by BlockSim software is studied based on cost function which allows the system to achieve the goal reliability at minimum cost.And a way based on reliability importance is discussed.Taken an airborne system for an example,simulation results are given through building project and calculation.Results show that the approaches are feasible and there are two aspect to improve system reliability,improving reliability of the components and redundancy.
