摘要 微胶囊技术由于其独特的优点,在医药、食品、材料科学等诸多领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了微胶囊化的意义,注重探讨了其性能及表征方法等方面的研究进展。 Microencapsulation technology has wide application in many fields such as medicine, food and materials science etc. due to its unique advantages. In this paper, the effect and significance of microencapsulation was introduced, the research progress on performance of microcapsules and evaluation methods for them were discussed.
