RE Luminescent Material Engineering Center es- tablished in BRIRE Baogang Jinjiang Tiancai Science and Technology Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement with Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths （BRIRE for short） recently to build RE Luminescent Material Engineering Center of Baogang Rare Earth. This is the first RE Luminescent Material Engineering Center in Inner Mongolia.
