摘要 低氧诱导因子-1a(hypoxia inducible factor—1a,HIF-1a)近年来被广泛研究和报道为肿瘤发生和发展的重要生化指标,它具有调控肿瘤血管生成和糖酵解的能力。最近研究发现,HIF-1a.能够促进恶性肿瘤的转移,并与肿瘤多药耐药性形成有十分密切的关系。 Recently, Hypoxia inducible factor - 1a ( HIF - 1 a) has been extensively investigated as an important biomarker of carcinogenesis. Studies have revealed that it can regulate angiogenesis and glycolysis, and also induce metastasis in malignant tumors. Therefore, it is closely related to multi - drug resistance in malignancies. The progress on HIF - 1a research will provide deep understanding of multi - drug resistance mechanism. The relationship between HIF -1a and multi - drug resistance in malignancies was summarized in this review.
