西部特色文化产业集群发展战略研究

On the Strategy for the Development of the Cultural Industry Clusters Characteristic of Western China

对文化资源的合理开发利用会极大促进西部地区的经济发展,但由于西部产业基础薄弱,经济发展水平低,文化资源分散,开发模式单一等原因,没有形成具有规模效应和比较优势的特色文化产业集群。西部地区应从实际出发,利用自身的文化资源优势,积极探索西部特色的文化产业集群发展模式,发挥文化产业对西部经济的推动作用。

The rational development and utilization of cultural resources will significantly contribute to the economic development in the West; however, due to the weak industrial base, low levels of economic development, dispersiveness of cultural resources, and the singleness of development models in the West, characteristic cultural industry clusters with scale effect and comparative advantages have not been formed. The western regions should start out from reality, make full use of the local cultural resources, and actively explore models for the development of cultural industry clusters characteristic of Western China, realizing the role of cultural industries in the development of the western economy in China.
