摘要
建立了服务接包企业创新能力理论研究框架。通过对天津经济技术开发区管委会和天津滨海新区中的2家服务接包企业进行实地访谈,采用ATLAS质性分析软件,分析了天津滨海新区服务接包企业创新能力的现状及存在的问题。最后,提出了提升服务接包企业创新能力的建议。
From the perspective of the provider,a theoretical framework of innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprises is established.According to the field interview to the Administration Committee of Tianjin Economic and two service outsourcing enterprises in Technical Development Zone,the qualitative analysis software(namely ATLAS)is used to analyze the present situation and the existing problems of service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New Area.Finally,some improvement suggestions are proposed.
