This paper analyzes the process of cooperation innovation between inter-organizations in software industry.The result shows as follows:the key for enterprise's innovation is to access the knowledge from external inter-organizational flow;network co-operation and management of external organization in depth could provide knowledge and resources for business's innovation;wide organization cooperation relationship helps enterprises to find new technologies and markets.
