摘要
采用电沉积的镀液进行电镀,通过实验研究了对电镀镍铁合金的工艺性能影响较大的因素有温度、电流密度、pH、溶液镍铁含量等。对电镀层进行性能测试分析,确定了电镀工艺的最佳工艺参数,制备出不同铁含量的镍铁合金镀层。
Electrodeposited plating liquid wse used for plating,and the experimental research showed the significant influencing factors on the process performance of nickel iron plating include temperature,current density,pH and nickel iron content in solution.Based on performance testing analysis to the electroplated coating,the optimum plating process parameters was determined,and the nickel iron alloy coatings of different iron contents were prepared.
