重整氢PSA的运行状况与优化措施

摘要 大庆石化公司炼油厂重整氢PSA装置由于原料中重烃组分较多,且含有氯、氨等组分,造成其吸附剂被重烃污染及被铵盐堵塞孔道而造成吸附剂的活性表面积下降,使吸附剂活性下降,导致PSA出口氢气纯度降低,氢收率下降。为此从原料、吸附剂的吸附性能、原料的预处理以及PSA运行程序方面进行分析,提出了装置运行的优化措施。 The feed stock of Reformer Hydrogen PSA Unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company Oil Refinery contains several heavy hydrocarboncomponents,especially chlorine and ammonia,which caused the adsorbent polluted by heavy hydrocarbons and the channel plugged by ammonium salt,and thus caused the active surfacearea of the adsorbent decreased and its activity decreased,which led to the decrease of hydrogen purity at PSA outlet and hydrogen yield decrease.Therefore,analysis was made to feed stock,adsorbent's adsorptionperformance,feed stock pretreatment and PSA operation program,so to propose optimizationmeasure for the unit operation.
