摘要
阐述了线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置中所用板式换热器的结构特点,分析了换热器出现流道堵塞后对换热性能的影响,并探索了解决该问题的方法。以数据统计的形式,描述了换热器清洗前后能耗的对比情况。结果证明,定期对换热器进行清洗是确保换热器保持低能耗最有效的方法。
This paper expounded structural features of the plate heat exchanger used in LLDPE Plant,analyzed the influence of blocking up of heat exchanger channel on heat exchanging performance,and explored solution to this problem.In the form of data statistics,it described the comparison of energy consumption before and after heat exchanger cleaning.The result showed,regular exchanger cleaning is the most effective method for ensuring heat exchanger to keep low energy consumption.
